The version at Elegant Themes - Divi Marketplace does not required a license key to use. The differences between our own version and the version on Divi Marketplace is just the license key. If you see the notice in your dashboard asking for License key then you can simply Dismiss it because you'll get updates automatically.

Popup styling issue on Frontend

If you're facing such issue then here's a quick solution. All you've to do is to make sure that the Layout type in Library is set to "Layout". This is a bug in Divi so that's the only solution for now.

How to Change Layout Type

To change the layout type, you first need to create a new Layout by clicking the "Add New" button and choose "Layout" from the Dropdown and then copy the content from the previous layout and paste in this newly created Layout. Once this Layout is saved, you can then go to Popup settings, and change the Layout from there as well.

So that's it, now the Popup on Front end will load without any styling issue, Cheer!

All supreme modules and extensions CSS are broken up into individual files. Only load CSS/JS files when they are needed on the page on all Supreme Modules and Extension. Unused CSS is never loaded. Same goes to JavaScript assets.

No-one cares about your Divi sites like Divi Supreme do.

How To Enable Dynamic Assets

To enable Dynamic Assets, Navigate to Divi Supreme Settings Page -> Misc Tab -> Enable Dynamic Assets.

You need to clear "Static CSS File Generation" under Divi -> Theme Options -> Builder -> Advanced Tab. Re-saving page might be required where the Divi Supreme Modules and Extension are being used if it does not work.

You also need to Enable "Dynamic CSS" under Divi -> Theme Options -> Performance.

LazyLoad have compatibility issue with most plugin out there especially when:

•Grid layouts that use fixed positioning/fixed widths

•e.g. some implementations of Isotope or Masonry

•JavaScripxs that try to calculate spaces based on image size

•Internet Explorer

•LazyLoad is not supported for IE8 and below

•Certain background images

•Depending on how they are added, not all background images can be LazyLoaded.

Q: Icons Rendering conflict with other Plugins

Plugins such as Divi Icons Pro , Divi Upload Icons or Divi Font Awesome does not work well with 3rd party Divi modules. You should contact the author of the icon plugin if they are willing to support Divi Supreme. They do not support 3rd party modules and that is why you’re seeing icons not rendering properly on Divi Supreme Modules. There is nothing we can do unless the plugin you using supports 3rd party divi modules. This applies to all 3rd party plugins out there. We are also looking to add Icon Extension in the near future. So stay tuned for that!

Image

Place a valid image url here, or choose/upload an image via the WordPress Media Library. Images will always appeared left justified within their columns and will span the full width of your column. However, your image will never scale larger than its original upload size. The height of the image is determined by aspect ratio of your original image.

Speed

The Speed of the enter/exit transition.

Use Glare

If enabled, it will have a “glare” effect on hover.

GLARE

The glare opacity.

Reverse

This will reverse the tilt direction.

Use 3D Pop Out Effect

This will create a pop out effect between the image and the overlay.

Open in Lightbox

Here you can choose whether or not your image will open in a Lightbox when clicked. If enabled, then your image will “zoom in” to their full size when clicked inside a modal window. This is a great feature for portfolios.

Place a valid web URL in this field to turn your Image into a link. Leaving this field blank will simply leave your image as a static element.

Overlay

Here you can have overlay text/icon on top of the image.

Use Icon

If enabled, an overlay icon will be displayed over the image.

If enabled, overlay text will only show up on hover.

As columns break down, images that were aligned the left or right in smaller columns become orphaned when the columns break down and become 100% width. Enabling this column with force images to align to the center of the column on mobile without affecting the image alignment on desktop computers.

Background Color: Here you can add color to the Background of the Before, Middle and After text.

Margin and Spacing: Add some Margin and Spacing to the Before, Middle and After text, if you want to add some spacing on both sides of Before, Middle and After Text.

Display: You can change the display property of the text to Inline Block and Block.

Inline Block displays the text in the same line as other texts.

Block Displays the text by making it a block means other texts will not be displayed in the same line.

And you can play around with Before, Middle and After text by adding different colors, text-shadows, border, border-radius and more to each text.

I can't update through my WordPress dashboard updates

When there is a new version update available, you will be prompt in your WordPress dashboard to carry out the update. You may encounter error, failure to update or the message "An error occurred while updating. Download Failed. Forbidden". This documentation discuss the scenario and the steps for rectifying the problem.

There are two reason why this is happening.

Your license key has expired.
You recently renew the license but the download permission is not updated for your account.

SCRIPT_DEBUG and et_load_unminified_scripts issue

If you're getting this error Notice after Installing Divi Supreme than this guide will help you to solve this issue. This is a bug in Divi and we're hoping that it will be solved very soon.

Error Message: Divi uses uncombined and unminified javascript files because "SCRIPT_DEBUG" constant on wp-config.php has been set to "true". Other plugin can enforce Divi to use uncombined and unminified javascript files by filtering "et_load_unminified_scripts" filter as well.

To Solve:

Deactivate Divi Supreme Plugin, If you've installed both Pro/Free than deactivate both.
Go to Divi -> Theme Options -> and Turn On "Minify And Combine Javascript Files" and Save the Changes.
Now Reactivate Divi Supreme Pro/Lite and you'll not face this issue.

Internal Error 500 or WordPress Memory Exhausted Error

When your WordPress code requires more memory than the default allocated memory, you get to see this error such as Internal Error 500 or Allowed memory size of … bytes exhausted (tried to allocate … bytes) in /… on line …

By default, WordPress automatically tries to increase PHP memory limit if it is less than 64MB. However, 64MB is often not high enough.

Increase PHP Memory Limit in WordPress

First you need to edit the wp-config.php file on your WordPress site. It is located in your WordPress site’s root folder, and you will need to use an FTP client or file manager in your web hosting control panel.

Next, you need to paste this code in wp-config.php file just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’

WP_MEMORY_LIMIT increases the default memory for front-end and back-end operations.

This way you don’t allocate too much memory to frontend operations that could end up affecting performance

This should solve the issue you're having. Remember, this can happen to any themes or plugin out there. It also depends on your hosting.

Do i need to uninstall Lite version if i have the Pro version?

You can Uninstall the lite version if you want to. However, we recommend keeping. It's a fallback method. We have decided that all pro users must install the lite version as well. The reason because in some cases or in the future, let's say you decided not to use the pro version or something happen to the pro version. You always have the lite version to support and backup you, so that your site won't mess up showing a butch of shortcode and etc on frontend.

We care about your sites and that is why we added a fallback method for our pro users.

Also, we've enhanced and make sure when both the free and pro version installed and activated together, only the pro version functions, script and files will be loaded. There won't be any extra files or functions loaded when both are activated.

Gravity Forms Multistep Form Loading Issue

Gravity Forms does not allow multiple forms to be placed on the same page. Additionally, if the same form is added to a page more than once, it may cause issues with form functionality and submission duplication.

Solution:

To address this issue, you have two options:

Duplicate the Form: Create a duplicate form with a different ID. This ensures that each form on the page is treated as a separate entity, avoiding conflicts caused by multiple instances of the same form.
Duplicate the Layout in Divi Library and Trigger: You'll need to duplicate the form layout and trigger it to display in a new layout. This approach allows you to retain the same form ID while avoiding conflicts.

The PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature error is usually displayed by WordPress as a result of one of three things:

There's an issue with the zip file you're uploading
WordPress doesn't have enough memory on the web server to unzip and upload the contents of the zip file or even your hosting Server Disk Space Issue(To confirm this, try to upload other files to your sites, such as an image, video or other Plugin. If you're not able to upload large files, then storage space is likely the issue).
An error being thrown by a plugin or script on your site

We can exclude out No.1 and No.3.

You might want to try to install the zip manually, then it may mean that there's not enough storage space on your host for WordPress to be able to unzip and upload the contents of the file. We suggest talking to your hosting support to see what they can do about the space that needed to unzip.
