This happens when you move to a new hosting or deleted the Plugin without deactivating License. To solve this, simply login to your Divi Supreme Account > Orders > License Manage and deactivate that domain you're having problem with currently.

All supreme modules and extensions CSS are broken up into individual files. Only load CSS/JS files when they are needed on the page on all Supreme Modules and Extension. Unused CSS is never loaded. Same goes to JavaScript assets.

No-one cares about your Divi sites like Divi Supreme do.

How To Enable Dynamic Assets

To enable Dynamic Assets, Navigate to Divi Supreme Settings Page -> Misc Tab -> Enable Dynamic Assets.

You need to clear "Static CSS File Generation" under Divi -> Theme Options -> Builder -> Advanced Tab. Re-saving page might be required where the Divi Supreme Modules and Extension are being used if it does not work.

You also need to Enable "Dynamic CSS" under Divi -> Theme Options -> Performance.

Q: Icons Rendering conflict with other Plugins

Plugins such as Divi Icons Pro , Divi Upload Icons or Divi Font Awesome does not work well with 3rd party Divi modules. You should contact the author of the icon plugin if they are willing to support Divi Supreme. They do not support 3rd party modules and that is why you’re seeing icons not rendering properly on Divi Supreme Modules. There is nothing we can do unless the plugin you using supports 3rd party divi modules. This applies to all 3rd party plugins out there. We are also looking to add Icon Extension in the near future. So stay tuned for that!

Q: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) - Error Message Solution

The PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature error is usually displayed by WordPress as a result of one of three things: There's an issue with the zip file you're uploading WordPress doesn't have enough memory on the web server to unzip and upload the contents of the zip file or even your hosting Server Disk Space Issue(To confirm this, try to upload other files to your sites, such as an image, video or other Plugin. If you're not able to upload large files, then storage space is likely the issue). An error being thrown by a plugin or script on your site We can exclude out No.1 and No.3. You might want to try to install the zip manually, then it may mean that there's not enough storage space on your host for WordPress to be able to unzip and upload the contents of the file. We suggest talking to your hosting support to see what they can do about the space that needed to unzip.

Enter the Facebook App ID here. You can go to https://developers.facebook.com/ and click on Create New App to get one. It is a must to provide a Facebook App ID which required to use this module.

Page URL

Get the Comments of the Current Page, or for a Custom URL. This can be other page URL but it’s best to use it on your current page URL to keep track of the Facebook comments related to your page.

Number of Posts

The number of comments to show by default. The minimum value is 1.

Color Scheme

The color scheme used by the comments plugin. Can be “light” or “dark”.

Order by

The order to use when displaying comments. Can be “social”, “reverse_time”, or “time”. The different order types are explained in the FAQ

Social – This is also known as “Top”. The comments plugin uses social signals to surface the highest quality comments. Comments are ordered so that the most relevant comments from friends and friends of friends are shown first, as well as the most-liked or active discussion threads. Comments marked as spam are hidden from view.Time – Comments are shown in the order that they were posted, with the oldest comments at the top and the newest at the bottom.Reverse Time Comments are shown in the opposite order that they were posted, with the newest comments at the top and the oldest at the bottom.

Admin Label

This will change the label of the module in the builder for easy identification. When using WireFrame view in the Visual Builder, these labels will appear within the module block in the Divi Builder interface.

Design Options

Within the design tab you will find all of the module’s styling options, such as fonts, colors, sizing and spacing. This is the tab you will use to change how your module looks. Every Divi module has a long list of design settings that you can use to change just about anything.

Advanced Options

Use the advanced options to give your text module custom CSS ID’s and Classes. Add some custom CSS for advanced styling and designate the module’s visiblity on certain devices.

The version at Elegant Themes - Divi Marketplace does not required a license key to use. The differences between our own version and the version on Divi Marketplace is just the license key. If you see the notice in your dashboard asking for License key then you can simply Dismiss it because you'll get updates automatically.

SCRIPT_DEBUG and et_load_unminified_scripts issue

If you're getting this error Notice after Installing Divi Supreme than this guide will help you to solve this issue. This is a bug in Divi and we're hoping that it will be solved very soon.

Error Message: Divi uses uncombined and unminified javascript files because "SCRIPT_DEBUG" constant on wp-config.php has been set to "true". Other plugin can enforce Divi to use uncombined and unminified javascript files by filtering "et_load_unminified_scripts" filter as well.

To Solve:

Deactivate Divi Supreme Plugin, If you've installed both Pro/Free than deactivate both.
Go to Divi -> Theme Options -> and Turn On "Minify And Combine Javascript Files" and Save the Changes.
Now Reactivate Divi Supreme Pro/Lite and you'll not face this issue.

Background Color: Here you can add color to the Background of the Before, Middle and After text.

Margin and Spacing: Add some Margin and Spacing to the Before, Middle and After text, if you want to add some spacing on both sides of Before, Middle and After Text.

Display: You can change the display property of the text to Inline Block and Block.

Inline Block displays the text in the same line as other texts.

Block Displays the text by making it a block means other texts will not be displayed in the same line.

And you can play around with Before, Middle and After text by adding different colors, text-shadows, border, border-radius and more to each text.

How to translate Divi Supreme Plugin

You can also use Poedit locally when translating. This is an open source tool for all major OSs. The free Poedit default version supports manual scanning of all source code with Gettext functions. A pro version of it also features one-click scanning for WordPress plugins. After generating the PO file you can rename the file to POT. If a MO was generated then you can delete that file as it is not needed. If you don’t have the pro version you can easily get the Blank POT and use that as the base of your POT file. Once you have placed the blank POT in the languages folder you can click “Update” in Poedit to update the POT file with your strings.

After creating your .PO and .MO files.

Make sure the following filename is named as "dsm-supreme-modules-pro-for-divi-fr_FR.mo" or "dsm-supreme-modules-pro-for-divi-fr_FR.po" and placed them under the plugin /languages/ folder.

Example above is for French using "fr_FR". You might need to change to your own prefix.

Internal Error 500 or WordPress Memory Exhausted Error

When your WordPress code requires more memory than the default allocated memory, you get to see this error such as Internal Error 500 or Allowed memory size of … bytes exhausted (tried to allocate … bytes) in /… on line …

By default, WordPress automatically tries to increase PHP memory limit if it is less than 64MB. However, 64MB is often not high enough.

Increase PHP Memory Limit in WordPress

First you need to edit the wp-config.php file on your WordPress site. It is located in your WordPress site’s root folder, and you will need to use an FTP client or file manager in your web hosting control panel.

Next, you need to paste this code in wp-config.php file just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’

WP_MEMORY_LIMIT increases the default memory for front-end and back-end operations.

This way you don’t allocate too much memory to frontend operations that could end up affecting performance

This should solve the issue you're having. Remember, this can happen to any themes or plugin out there. It also depends on your hosting.

Solution:

To address this issue, you have two options:

Duplicate the Form: Create a duplicate form with a different ID. This ensures that each form on the page is treated as a separate entity, avoiding conflicts caused by multiple instances of the same form.
Duplicate the Layout in Divi Library and Trigger: You'll need to duplicate the form layout and trigger it to display in a new layout. This approach allows you to retain the same form ID while avoiding conflicts.

When there is a new version update available, you will be prompt in your WordPress dashboard to carry out the update. You may encounter error, failure to update or the message "An error occurred while updating. Download Failed. Forbidden". There are two reason why this is happening.

Your license key has expired.
You recently renew the license but the download permission is not updated for your account.

Do i need to uninstall Lite version if i have the Pro version?

You can Uninstall the lite version if you want to. However, we recommend keeping. It's a fallback method. We have decided that all pro users must install the lite version as well. The reason because in some cases or in the future, let's say you decided not to use the pro version or something happen to the pro version. You always have the lite version to support and backup you, so that your site won't mess up showing a butch of shortcode and etc on frontend.

We care about your sites and that is why we added a fallback method for our pro users.

Also, we've enhanced and make sure when both the free and pro version installed and activated together, only the pro version functions, script and files will be loaded. There won't be any extra files or functions loaded when both are activated.
